The Warm Up 
Watercress and crab cakes with avocado puree and pea shoot salad
Smoked bacon and coriander pappardelle and chicken salad
Stilton and broccoli twice baked soufflé

The Main Feature   
Chicken ballotine stuffed with sun dried tomatoes and basil. Served with sauté potatoes

Pork roulade stuffed with egg and spinach, carrot puree, sauté potatoes

Mussels wrapped in slices of Lemon Sole fillet and a handful of mussels, saffron new potatoes and spring onions, olives, peppers and tomatoes

Hanger beef steak, mushroom, cheese topped tomato and chips

Baked aubergine stuffed with mushroom, tomato and pepper. Sauté potatoes
