InGermany everyone in football is focused on the National side doing well, they limit the number of foreign players in their club teams and they never have a foreign national as the coach.In England the focus is on money. Premier league clubs exert influence over the FA in pursuit of their interests and foreign owners have no interest in the national side or moves to strengthen it.Whilst this situation continues we will continue to be embarrassed by poor performances from a fourth rate side.In Germany
